What a great night! What a win!
Rob’s first experience of a butchery competition saw him come away with the win in the 2020 Pure South Master Butcher of the Year Awards.
Rob used traditional skills and styling along with a rustic display that showcased the heritage of the Warkworth Butchery to help seal the deal.
“You’ve got to back yourself in these competitions, but I am definitely surprised to have won. It’s taken a lot of practice, but it’s gone smoothly tonight. I’ve really enjoyed the experience” says Rob.
